What is switch.com.kw?

Switch.com.kw is an online shopping destination. It is an extension of Switch showrooms that covers of Kuwait. Our goal is to provide you with everything you need from smartphones to home appliances and air conditions. Switch is the official distributor/partner and the authorized service center of many international brands. We provide you free and fast delivery and installation with after-sales service.

How can I contact switch.com.kw?

You can call us on 1833333 (service available 24/7) and speak to our customer service representative or write to us athelp@switch.com.kw for any queries you have. You can also give your feedback on our website regarding our services.

How can I stop switch.com.kw e-mails from my spam folder?

We take care to not spam our valuable customer's mailboxes. However, sometimes our emails may land in your junk mail folder. You will need to add switch.com.kw e-mail ID (care@switch.com.kw) into your trusted sender list.

How can I make a payment?

Payment can be made through all K-net, Credit Cards and Debit Cards (if your bank has enabled them for online transactions), Coupons codes and upon delivery in cash or via the payment POS machine carried by the delivery agent.

Is stop-payment allowed in case my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?

You can report this problem to the bank that issued your card.

What can be done if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not collect or receive your credit card information; your money is collected directly on the Bank payment gateway. If you think that your credit card has been compromised, then immediately report the same to your card issuing bank.

Can I pay in-store for a product bought online?

Yes, products can be ordered through the website and received at Switch showroom. For more information about the showrooms that provide 'Click & collect' process, please call 1833333.

Is there a difference between the products sold at switch.com.kw and Switch showrooms?

The website offers the same products sold in Switch showrooms. There may be exclusive offers on our online store or showrooms.

What happens if product ordered is out of stock?

If a product ordered is out of stock and received an order-confirmation, we will do our best to fulfill the order. If we are unable to provide the product, we will inform you about the delay or the cancellation of your order.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order for?

No, however when the order quantities are large, we may verify to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items, especially in clearance offers.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel the order fully or partially before it leaves for delivery. To check the status of whether your order has been processed or not, click on the "Order history" link at the top of the page, under "Account" section, and then on the link to the specific order, which will indicate the status of each order. To cancel the order, please call our customer service on 1833333.

Can I change delivery address of the order?

You can change the delivery address by contacting our customer service on 1833333. Please note that delivery time may be subject to change in this case.

What is your return/refund and replacement policy?

We offer refund and exchange within 14 days of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How do I return a product?

You may call Switch customer support care at 1833333 and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with the original invoice, otherwise the return/ exchange/ refund may not be possible. For details, please refer to our exchanges and returns policy.

How can I receive my refund for the merchandise which I have returned or cancelled?

If manufacturer warranty is associated with the product or you have got an additional warranty from Switch, it would be mentioned along with the product details in the invoice.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all Kuwait areas.

What is your working time?

We deliver products from 7:00 am to 2:00 am. Our customer support service is available 24/7.

Are there any places/ items for which delivery might take longer?

Our goal is to deliver within 2 hours for most of our small size products (such as phones, tablets and its accessories, laptops and its accessories, small kitchen appliances, etc.) and within 1 day (excluding Friday) for large home appliances and air conditioning devices. If product requires installation, we will coordinate with the customer.

What happens in case I am not available when you deliver the order?

We coordinate with our customers before the order leaves for delivery. If there is no recipient, we will coordinate with you and reschedule the delivery date and time again.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

In some cases, your order may contain more than one product that cannot be delivered together. For example, large home appliances with small size products like smartphones, etc. In this case, we will deliver your order in 2 different stages.

What I do when my order arrives damaged?

If you find that the cover/box is damaged before accepting the delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. For more details, please see our exchanges and returns policy.

Can you hold my order in case I am not available?

You can call us at Customer Care (1833333) to inform us about such situation, and we shall try to accommodate your instructions. We cannot hold your order for delivery beyond 2 hours from the date of the order if the payment is not confirmed.

Who will pay charges for the return of my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and you wish to return the order completely or partially as per the Returns Policy, you do not have to pay any charges.

What should I do if I get something different instead of what I have ordered?

We will take utmost care to fulfil your order. If you receive a different product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Is the information I enter encrypted?

Yes, credit / debit card and payment information are encrypted. We use Payment Gateway offered by K-Net and National Bank of Kuwait. We do not record or save any of your card details.

Is registration on the website required?

No, it is not required to register to shop at switch.com.kw. At checkout, you will be asked to proceed as a customer or a guest.
