- Payments
The price you pay for the Products ordered is the price displayed on switch.com.kw at the time we receive your order, subject to the following exceptions. While we try to ensure that all prices of the Products on switch.com.kw are mentioned accurately, it is possible that errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling such order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund.
- Refund & Return
We are committed to sell high quality products. You must therefore make sure that you check your products carefully at the time of delivery before they are used or installed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and you wish to return the order completely or partially, we offer refund and exchange within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Returned products need to be in unused condition, saleable and merchantable, in its original packaging along with the original invoice, otherwise the return/exchange and refund may not be possible.
If the product is defective, we will accept the return within 48 hours after approval of the authorized service center. please make sure the original packing and invoice are available. the warranty does not cover repairs caused by misuse, improper installation, breakage, and spillage of liquids, and other repairs arranged outside the authorized service center. Digital products, game software and ink are excluded from our warranty.
You can return or exchange your product by calling our customer care service at 1833333 or emailing us at care@switch.com.kw to schedule a pickup from your location.
Refunds are made in the same manner as you made the purchase. Refunds made on Knet, MasterCard, or Visa may take up to 14 days.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Kuwait.
